At the site
of the popular Redfin Seafood Grill in North Bethany Beach, De, the
creators of Redfin, Fish On in Lewes, and Northeast Seafood Kitchen
in Ocean View, now offer Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Fish Market.

Jeffrey Potts to continue the tradition of excellent food, service,
and atmosphere. Diners can expect familiar faces, dishes, and
setting updated to enhance the Bluecoast experience. Potts, who
worked in the Redfin kitchen during its seminal year, has since
gotten his culinary masters from the Cordon Bleu in Paris, worked in
authentic Parisian bakeries, a five star resort in Utah, and been a
pastry chef at The French Laundry, recently voted the third best
restaurant in the world. Potts will bring his experience with
traditional French cuisine to the notably simplistic cooking style
maintained by Haley over the years. Potts has added a creamy
“seafood newberg” to the menu, while still offering perennial
favorites like the twin fried baby lobster tails, shrimp dumplings,
Haley’s popular Spinach Salad and everybody’s favorite Surf and
Turf. Classic East Coast cuisine will highlight dishes from Maine
lobster to spicy southern recipes, while concentrating on the
freshest products available in our own Mid-Atlantic region. A
comprehensive wine list, featuring Cakebread, Hendry, and St.Francis
vineyards, with Italian sparkling wines, and New Zealand Sauvignon
Blanc selections will span a wide range of preferences. The décor is
largely unchanged from the clean, simple look that quietly
complements the personality of the service, food, and waterfront
view. Bluecoast is open for diner nightly at 5 pm and does not
accept reservations. Porch and market service and appetizer menu are
available for dining room overflow. The fish market run by veteran
Garret Grim will continue to offer fresh fish and shellfish for
takeout or prepare at home options along with homemade marinades,
rubs and dipping sauces. Bluecoast Fish Market now open Wed-Sun will
be open daily starting Memorial Day weekend from 11 am to 7 pm. Call
