CHRIS SOCKRITER, ASSET MANAGEMENT | chrissockriter@sodelconcepts.com

Chris was born in Milford, DE and grew up in Lewes, DE so he is a Sussex county native through and through.  He attended local schools and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School.  He went on to study HVAC-R at Delaware Technical Community College. 

Chris started his career with Atlantic Refrigeration as a part-time Installation representative.  From there he worked at Charles A Klein and Sons and went on to own his own company, CS Services.  Chris now serves as the Director of the Asset Management department for SoDel Concepts.  Chris is excited about this opportunity because SoDel offers him a chance to solve new challenges, he is proud to be leading hard-working department for a growing company and truly enjoys coming to work every day.  This is an opportunity he never imagined when starting his career as an HVAC-R tech and he is thrilled for young people entering the workforce, the opportunities are plentiful and exciting.

He credits his success to his Dad who taught him the true meaning of being reliable, steady and hardworking and his first boss at Atlantic Refrigeration who showed him the importance of accountability, being prepared and taking pride in his work.  Chris lives in Lewes with his wife Valarie and their three children.
