DANIELLE PANARELLO, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS  

Danielle Panarello brings a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and a proven track record of leadership to her role as Vice President of Operations at SoDel Concepts. Since joining the company in 2016, she has been an integral part of the growth and currently oversees all aspects of the twelve SoDel restaurants, driving operational excellence and maintaining SoDel’s reputation for outstanding service and quality.

A native of Media, PA, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and a degree in Pastry Arts from The Restaurant School in Philadelphia. Before transitioning into operations, she built a successful career as a pastry chef at several iconic Rehoboth Beach restaurants.

Beyond her operational role, Danielle is committed to giving back. She serves as Administrator for SoDel Cares, the company’s philanthropic foundation, and sits on the Board of the Delaware Restaurant Foundation. Her dedication to mentoring and workforce development has made a lasting impact on many Delaware ProStart students and the future of the hospitality industry.

Danielle lives in Rehoboth Beach with her husband, George.
