LAUREN HERLIHY, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Lauren Herlihy grew up in Baltimore. She received a BA in Social Sciences with a focus in Russian History and Politics from Towson University. Her first food service job was at age 16 at Moxley’s Gourmet Ice Cream in Baltimore. In 2011 Lauren started working for SoDel Concepts at Catch 54 in Fenwick Island. She would master the front house at Catch working as a host, bus person, server, food runner and bar tender. In 2014 she was offered the position of General Manager of Catch 54, a position she would hold until her recent promotion. Now, Lauren is the Director of Operations overseeing all operations of SoDel Concepts’ Fenwick properties, Catch 54 and Papa Grande’s Coastal Taquria.
In January 2020, Lauren became the President of SoDel Cares, the nonprofit arm of SoDel Concepts that is committed to supporting local organizations in our communities that help children, at risk youth and adults, and the elderly. In her capacity as President of SoDel Cares, Lauren is involved in all aspects of fund raising, reviewing grant applications, vetting grant recipients, and long term planning.
Lauren lives in Frankford, Delaware, with her husband Colin and their two dogs Ginger and Junebug.
