LISA BREEDLOVE, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Lisa was born and raised in Milford, DE. She graduated from Milford High School before attending and receiving her degree in Animal Science from the University of Delaware. Lisa’s first restaurant job was a host position at Chi Chi’s in Newark, DE. Upon graduation, Lisa worked for many Delaware restaurants and worked her way up through every Front of House position: hostess to food runner, server, bartender, manager and eventually landing as a Director of Operations.
Lisa joined the SoDel team in July of 2019 to help open SoDel’s first brewery, Thompson Island, before moving to Bluecoast Rehoboth to serve as the general manager. In 2023, Lisa was promoted to a Director of Operations for the company. Lisa loves the ever-changing business of the restaurant industry and the opportunity to meet many different people. Becoming a mom helped to define Lisa’s management style, she understands the compassion and patience needed to manage so many unique people and that sometimes you just need to roll with the punches!
Lisa currently resides in Lewes with her husband Michael, daughter Claire and their dog Ivy.
