MEGHAN KING, DIRECTOR OF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT | meghan@sodelconcepts

Meghan grew up in Lansdale PA, right outside of Philly. She moved to Lewes when she was 18 fresh out of high school. She attended Del Tech Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree, then went on to complete a Bachelors in Human Services at the University of Delaware.

Meghan started working for SoDel Concepts in 2008 as a server at Lupo Italian Kitchen in downtown Rehoboth. In 2015 Meghan was asked to take on the role of General Manager at Lupo. In 2017 Meghan was asked to take on the task of Training and Development for the entire company. This job includes training new restaurant management staff and all front house employees. She currently serves as the Director of Training & Development for SoDel Concepts and her wide range of expertise includes managing staff, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.

Meghan lives in Milford with her husband Matt and their three children.
