Clubhouse at Baywood featured on Modern Weddings website

The Clubhouse at Baywood was recently featured in Modern Weddings, a popular online wedding site that includes the best, brightest and most beautiful wedding design in the country. 

The full-service wedding venue in Millsboro appeared on the Real Wedding page alongside weddings held at Villa La Joya in Mexico, Kukio Beach in Hawaii, and French Polynesia. 

The wedding and reception were held on the Clubhouse at Baywood property, which is nestled in the award-winning Baywood Greens gardens and golf course. "The couple, Marga Graves and Robert Freilich, appreciated that we could take care of everything from the flowers to the food," said Rachael Bain, director of events. "Marga acknowledges she is not a 'DIY girl,' and we were more than happy to make the planning process as stress-free as possible."

The Clubhouse at Baywood's on-site floral designer, Jess Patterson, worked with the couple to provide a summer garden theme with tropical notes, such as pampas grass, to complement Baywood's beautiful landscaping.

"The floral design was everything for our wedding," the bride wrote for the Modern Wedding feature. "It hung around the arbor, at the entrance to the tent, and was the main design element on the tables. We had greenery accent pieces incorporated into the place settings and on a few of the rows for the ceremony."
