SoDel Concepts awards scholarships to two employees

Kiley Persolio & Addison Breneman are the 2026 recipients

REHOBOTH BEACH, DEL. (May 21, 2026) — Kiley Persolio and Addison Breneman are the 2026 recipients of the Scott Kammerer Scholarship awards.

Kammerer is CEO of SoDel Concepts, a hospitality group based in Rehoboth Beach, and eligible applicants must have worked for SoDel Concepts for at least two full months of the previous calendar year. The applicants must also be high school graduates in an undergraduate, graduate or trade program.

“One of our pillars at SoDel Concepts is to develop the people we work with, which includes helping our employees grow and encouraging them to pursue their goals, whether they remain in the hospitality industry or not,” Kammerer said. 

Danielle Panarello, Vice President of SoDel Concepts, said, “Persolio and Addison are both hard-working, determined employees, and we are proud to have them on our team. They have bright futures ahead of them, and we are excited to watch them continue to grow personally and professionally.”

Persolio and Addison will each receive $2,000 toward higher education.

Persolio, a current Northeast Seafood Kitchen employee, is pursuing an education degree at the University of Drexel. Breneman, a current employee at Bluecoast Rehoboth, is pursuing a Business or Finance degree at the University of Delaware.  

The Delaware Community Foundation manages the fund and selects the recipients.
