SODEL CONCEPTS’ SHINING STAR PROGRAM

Each restaurant selects one shining star per quarter.

Shining stars are employees who exemplify the SoDel Concepts culture and go above and beyond to support their team and ensure guests have a wonderful dining experience. Whether they are on the front line interacting with guests or behind the scenes in the kitchen, their commitment to their restaurant and the guests does not go unnoticed.

Each shining star winner receives a certificate and a $250 bonus as a token of appreciation and to reward their hard work.
