Join us over the next nine months (September - May) as we depart on a culinary and cultural tour of the great world of wine, without ever leaving coastal Delaware! Once month, at a SoDel Concepts restaurant, we will host a wine dinner that focuses on food & wine from a specific country. Our award-winning Chef's will pair food with wine from each region highlighting the native grapes & traditional cuisine. We will be joined by winemakers, Sommeliers and industry experts to create authentic, unique experiences. Every month will be different and at a different SoDel location. This month we will be featuring The Land Down Under! Australia at Catch 54 in Fenwick Island. We will be showcasing Aussie wines with Regional Manager Lindsey Ryan and the Breakthru Beverage Group. Chef Charles has expertly paired five of their beautiful wines with five courses. If you love OZ, Barbies, Flat Whites and Goon, this is a night you don’t want to miss!! This dinner will also act as a fundraiser for Australian wildfire relief. Banks Wines and Spirits, Breakthru Beverage and SoDel Concepts will be donating a portion of sales.
