Join us over the next nine months (September - May) as we depart on a culinary and cultural tour of the great world of wine, without ever leaving coastal Delaware! Once month, at a SoDel Concepts restaurant, we will host a wine dinner that focuses on food & wine from a specific country. Our award-winning Chef's will pair food with wine from each region highlighting the native grapes & traditional cuisine. We will be joined by winemakers, Sommeliers and industry experts to create authentic, unique experiences. Every month will be different and at a different SoDel location. Join us for one or come to them all!

This month, we will be featuring Spain at Fish On! On this lovely evening we will be showcasing five unique Spanish wines from family owned and operated vineyards. Served with five tapas style courses expertly created and paired by Chef Raul and Chef Maurice. Molly Finnegan, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager of Olé Imports, will be on site to enhance the experience. This is going to be a wonderful evening you don't want to miss!
